Knee sleeves are a very common brace that many people own and use on a daily basis. Knee sleeves are meant to offer a fair amount of support to the knee area and may help to prevent injury from occurring.
Knee sleeves are best known for being made of a stretchy, neoprene fabric. A quality knee sleeve should be simple to slide on and off, and its material will be breathable and comfortable for the wearer. While they can help offer a small amount of support, it’s important to note that knee sleeves are not the same as knee braces.
